3. Coaching Engagement (Typically 6–12 Months)

Coaching sessions are held twice monthly (or weekly, if needed), either virtually or in person. Each session includes:

  • Exploration of mindset, behaviors, and options
  • Action planning and accountability
  • Feedback loops and adaptive strategies

Sessions are confidential, judgment-free, and highly personalized.


4. Between-Session Support

For sponsored engagements, we provide a summary report (with the client’s consent) to HR or supervisors, highlighting development progress and next steps.
