Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program
Based on the insights from Dr. Corinne Green’s, Becoming God’s Girl: A Resource Journal for Black Christian Women to Balance Dual Identities by Aligning Faith, Mental Wellness, and Authenticity to Lead Boldly in the Workplace and Society, it is evident that Black Christian women executives face distinct challenges in navigating leadership roles while staying rooted in their faith, mental wellness, and cultural identity. The Becoming God’s Girl Journal provides deep reflection on how these women often feel pressured to compartmentalize their spirituality in professional spaces that prioritize performance over authenticity. Many struggle to bring their full selves to work due to systemic barriers, spiritual suppression, and emotional fatigue caused by microaggressions, bias, and inequity. Yet, these same women are called to lead boldly. The journal emphasizes that their testimonies, lived experiences, and unwavering faith are not limitations—but divine qualifications for leadership. This framing offers a foundational justification for implementing the Crowned and Capable program: to cultivate safe, strategic, and spiritually anchored leadership development spaces where Black Christian women executives can thrive without diminishing who they are.
The Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program responds directly to the needs outlined in the journal by providing structured support that affirms identity, prioritizes mental wellness, and cultivates leadership from the inside out. Its framework—integrating professional development with soul-level coaching—equips women to lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction. The program disrupts the traditional executive development model by recognizing that Black Christian women bring more than technical expertise to the table—they bring moral courage, community-centered vision, and spiritual discernment. In a world that often overlooks their unique value, Crowned and Capable asserts that these women are not only enough—they are essential. Through this program, they are positioned to lead transformational change in their organizations, mentor others in the faith, and model leadership that is both impactful and Spirit-led. This dual focus on executive presence and personal wholeness justifies the program’s necessity and affirms its powerful role in helping women lead with authenticity and purpose.
Objective:
The Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program (C²) is a transformative, yearlong experience designed to elevate the leadership, operational, and strategic capacity of Black Christian women in executive and entrepreneurial roles. This program offers personalized, faith-centered coaching tailored to the unique challenges and aspirations of each participant.
C² empowers women to lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity—fusing their faith, identity, and professional excellence without compromise. Through this one-of-a-kind initiative, participants gain the critical skills necessary to drive organizational performance, strengthen executive presence, and foster sustainable growth—all while remaining deeply rooted in their spiritual values.
At its core, Crowned and Capable understands that true leadership begins with inner wholeness and results in external impact—and this program provides the tools to thrive in both.
Description:
The Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program is a comprehensive, 36-session initiative designed for leaders seeking to elevate their leadership presence, operational expertise, and strategic vision. Combining assessment tools, actionable frameworks, and personalized feedback, the program provides a structured approach to professional growth and organizational excellence.
Participants will explore core areas such as goal setting, time management, organizational culture alignment, succession planning, and financial strategy. Through tailored coaching, they will gain insights into their leadership style, refine their decision-making processes, and enhance their ability to manage and inspire their teams. The program incorporates industry-standard tools such as DISC, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments, and operational checklists to guide development. Each session includes targeted discussion, practical strategies, and follow-up tasks designed to reinforce learning and ensure measurable outcomes.
The therapy sessions included in the C² Program are a vital component of each participant’s journey. Led by licensed Black Christian women clinicians, these confidential one-on-one sessions provide a safe and sacred space for women to process the emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges they may face while leading at high levels. These sessions are designed to support participants as they navigate the complexities of dual identity—being both deeply rooted in faith and professionally ambitious. Therapists will help women address workplace stress, imposter syndrome, identity fatigue, and the emotional toll of constantly having to shift or shrink in professional spaces. By centering healing, self-awareness, and mental wellness, the therapy component empowers each woman to show up fully—whole, confident, and aligned—in every boardroom, team meeting, and decision-making space she enters.
The ultimate goal of the Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program is to equip Black Christian women in leadership with the tools, support, and confidence to lead boldly and authentically in every sphere of influence. Over the course of 36 sessions—12 with a licensed therapist, 12 with a personal executive coach, and 12 with a community coach—participants will engage in a transformative journey that strengthens both their inner wellness and outward leadership. By the program’s conclusion, participants will have a clear roadmap for personal, professional, and organizational growth, empowered to lead with clarity, conviction, and purpose.
Participants will receive 12 individualized sessions with an experienced executive coach who will help them clarify their leadership goals, navigate workplace dynamics, and strengthen their executive presence. These sessions are tailored to each woman’s unique journey, with a focus on strategic thinking, confidence building, communication, and succession planning. Coaches will serve as thought partners, accountability anchors, and advocates for each participant’s growth and elevation. The one-on-one coaching creates a confidential space where participants can explore challenges and unlock new levels of clarity, purpose, and power. All sessions are intentionally designed with assessment tools, guided reflections, and actionable follow-up tasks, ensuring that what is learned is not only relevant but deeply applicable. With a focus on strategy, healing, identity, and faith, this program cultivates leaders who are both spiritually grounded and professionally unstoppable.
Each participant will also receive 12 private sessions with a licensed mental health clinician, designed to offer a safe and confidential space for healing, reflection, and growth. These sessions focus on addressing the personal experiences, emotional stressors, and life transitions that often impact how Black women show up in their professional roles. From navigating racialized workplace trauma to managing anxiety, grief, and burnout, the therapeutic support is tailored to affirm identity, protect wellness, and strengthen emotional resilience. By integrating mental health care into the leadership journey, this program ensures that participants are not only equipped to lead—but emotionally whole enough to sustain that leadership.
As part of the Crowned and Capable Executive Coaching Program, participants will engage in monthly group coaching sessions led by Dr. Corinne Green, designed to provide strategic clarity, spiritual grounding, and a space for shared accountability. These sessions are structured to help participants reflect on their leadership goals, celebrate professional and personal wins, and troubleshoot real-time challenges in a
supportive, faith-aligned community. Through interactive discussions, guided exercises, and authentic sisterhood, Dr. Green will help participants stay aligned with their purpose while building the confidence and capacity needed to thrive in executive leadership.
