An “Express HR Audit” is a 1-hour interview in which the consultant gathers some information to determine the HR needs in your business. Many questions are related to your history, current practices, staffing needs, services, goals, and desires for your business. Once this needs assessment is conducted the consultant will provide a recommendation plan and review of services that HR MOM can provide.

Service Plans

Survive Service Plan
$995 per month
- Up to 5 employees
- 3-6 month contract
- Consult works a combination of onsite and remote hours within a 15 mile radius of Philadelphia PA (19151). Travel outside of Philadelphia, PA is negotiated at cost.
- Contracted HR Services at a flat monthly rate, includes unlimited emails, texts, phone calls, and independent work hours addressing staff concerns, writing letters, drafting policies, improving processes, documenting procedures, building training or internship programs, business coaching as outlined in scope of work in contract.
- Client also receives 1 hour session per month in HR business coaching for CEO or identified project manager.
- Recruitment of an additional $895 per position per month can be added to this retainer. Recruitment includes full cycle recruitment and onboarding (job posting, sourcing, and interviewing). This includes W-4 or W-9, I-9, Local, State, Federal hiring packets, to include Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality Agreement, Employment Application, Emergency Contact Form, Job Description or Scopes of work.
- 4-6 week time to fill. We cannot and do not guarantee a hire in this time frame, but we have data that suggest this is the average time frame for an offer to be made.

Legacy Service Plan
$2195 per month
- 6-11 employees
- 3-12 month contract
- Consult works a combination of onsite and remote hours within a 15 mile radius of Philadelphia PA (19151). Travel outside of Philadelphia, PA is negotiated at cost.
